Ready to transform conflict into connection?
Contact MeConflict is a natural part of our life. When approached with care and skill, it becomes a pathway to growth and deeper connection—especially when we learn to speak honestly and listen with the intention to truly understand and connect.
Nsengiyaremye Dismas, Peace and Conflict Expert, and NVC facilitator, currently undergoing certification process with the Center for Nonviolent Communication (CNVC).
I train and coach individuals and groups as they reconnect with their inner resources and grow into their full potential. With a foundation in peace and conflict transformation, I use practical tools like Nonviolent Communication and the Alternatives to Violence approaches to support healing, honest and authentic communication, and lasting change—within ourselves and in our communities/families.
At my core, I believe that honest communication and empathy are fundamental
human needs. I'm dedicated to providing practical tools for transforming conflict into connection.
NVC is a communication approach developed by Dr. Marshall Rosenberg that helps you express your needs and feelings while connecting with others' humanity. It transforms conflicts into opportunities for deeper understanding and connection, moving beyond blame and judgment into a realm of empathy and authentic dialogue.
I support people with difficult conversations, boundary struggles, workplace conflicts, leadership challenges, giving and receiving feedback, handling triggering situations, and transforming enemy images into connection. Whether it's personal relationships, professional teamwork, or inner conflicts, NVC provides practical tools for authentic communication.
In our 1-on-1 sessions, I provide a safe, grounded space where you can welcome all parts of yourself without judgment. We work together to discover the deeper needs behind your emotional reactions, practice self-empathy, develop needs-based communication skills, and reconnect with your values and what truly matters to you.
Yes, I offer NVC workshops and teambuilding sessions for groups of 2-15 people, both online and in-person. These sessions focus on improving workplace belonging, cooperation, and efficiency through honest communication, feedback skills, and unlocking team potential for creativity and shared success.
I'm currently in the certification process with the Center for Nonviolent Communication (CNVC) and have over six years of experience integrating NVC into diverse settings.
